    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TYPES

    EX WORKS (EXW):
    • Carriage to be arranged by the buyer
    • Risk transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods are at disposal of the buyer
    • Cost transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods are at disposal of the buyer
    FREE CARRIER (FCA):
    • Carriage to be arranged by the buyer or by the seller on the buyer's behalf
    • Risk transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods have been delivered to the carrier at the named place
    • Cost transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods have been delivered to the carrier at the named place

    FREE ALONGSIDE SHIP (FAS):

    • Carriage to be arranged by the buyer
    • Risk transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods have been placed alongside the ship
    • Cost transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods have been placed alongside the ship
    FREE ON BOARD (FOB):
    • Carriage to be arranged by the buyer
    • Risk transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods pass the ship's rail
    • Cost transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods pass the ship's rail
    COST AND FREIGHT(CFR):
    • Carriage to be arranged by the seller
    • Risk transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods pass the ship's rail
    • Cost transfer at port of destination, buyer paying such costs as are not for the seller's account under the contact of cariage
    COST INSURANCE FREIGHT(CIF):
    • Carriage and insurance to be arranged by the seller
    • Risk transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods pass the ship's rail
    • Cost transfer at port of destination, buyer paying such costs as are not for the seller's account under the contact of cariage
    CARRIAGE PAID TO (CPT):
    • Carriage to be arranged by the seller
    • Risk transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods have been delivered to the carrier
    • Cost transfer at place of destination, buyer paying such costs as are not for the seller's account under the contact of cariage

    CARRIAGE AND INSURANCE PAID(CIP):

    • Carriage and insurance to be arranged by the seller
    • Risk transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods have been delivered to the carrier
    • Cost transfer at place of destination, buyer paying such costs as are not for the seller's account under the contact of cariage

    DELIVERED AT FRONTIER(DAF):

    • Carriage to be arranged by the seller
    • Risk transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods have been delivered at the frontler
    • Cost transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods have been delivered at the frontler
    DELIVERED EX SHIP (DES):
    • Carriage to be arranged by the seller
    • Risk transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer on board the ship
    • Cost transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer on board the ship
    DELIVERED EX QUAY(DEQ):
    • Carriage to be arranged by the seller
    • Risk transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer on the quay
    • Cost transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer on the quay
    DELIVERED DUTY UNPAID(DDU):
    • Carriage to be arranged by the seller
    • Risk transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer
    • Cost transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer
    DELIVERED DUTY PAID (DDP):
    • Carriage to be arranged by the seller
    • Risk transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer
    • Cost transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer

    SHORT TERM:

     (AF)  : Advance Freight                                 

    (B/G)    : Bonded Goods   

     (CAD) : Cash Agaýnst Documents

     (COD)  : Case On Delivery

     (D/A)  : Documents Against Accep

     (D/P)  : Documents Against Payment

     (FIB)  :Free Into Bunkers

    (FOC)  : Free Of Charge 

     (FRFWRD)  : Freight Forward

     (FRTCOLL)  : Freight Collect

     (FRTPP)  : Freight Prepaid

    (L/C)  : Letter Of Credit

     (LO)  : Liner Out

     (M/R)  : Mate’s Receipt
